The Family Support Research and Training Center logo

The Family Support Research & Training Center (FSRTC) is a partnership between the UIC Institute on Disability and Human Development and the Brandeis Community Living Policy Center.

The FSRTC hosts five key research projects and conducts dissemination, training and technical assistance activities. The FSRTC National Resource Center is a resource for various stakeholders, including parents, family members, people with disabilities and policymakers. We are guided by a stakeholder advisory committee composed of a group of organizations and people with disabilities, family members, and professionals. These partnerships help us create more opportunities and improve access to support for family caregivers across the country.

The FSRTC is funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research under grant number 90RTGE0006-01-00.
